What use to be "men only" is now unisex

The old line that men use as excuse to get out of the house is not valid anymore.  Ladies now also have the freedom of miles of green grass in front of them. In my personal opinion I can’t think that some courses can still afford to ban membership in a time of economic recession.

We can gladly conclude that golf is no longer a thread to woman. As there were one successful Solheim cup behind us and a very exciting Ladies Irish Open ahead.  Women are much more respected in the sport nowadays, thanks to authorities such as the Ladies European tour and Ladies Professional Golf Association.
