Taking a road trip through South Africa can be one of the best holidays of your life. To many times do I hear people planning these massive expensive holidays around the world and then complain at the cost of it all. What I say is why all the fuss why all the effort why the need to go over all the speed bumps. There is a better option and it is right in front of you. South Africa is a hidden gem to its local residents as well, how many of you can say that you have gone on a road trip through South Africa, truly?
Well i would suggest it, South Africa is a great place to travel in and the culture is so diverse and beautiful. There is so much to see and whats even better is that you can just take it as it comes. no need to plan the trip half the fun is the adventure of doing something crazy. What you must make sure though is that your car is ready for the long trip, there is nothing worse than having car trouble on a road trip. You can just find safety equipment online to make sure that the trip goes along without a hitch.
The Garden route is probably the highlight of the trip and will be sure to make any person fall in love with South Africa. There is literally something to do every km and you will never find yourself board. If you really feel that you can attack the world of the road trip then why not stop of at every place you can and truly experience South Africa and all its flare.
Bungy Jumping, Biltong stops, farm stores and flying through the tree tops of the forests, there is so much to do along the roads. It will make your head spin. South Africa really is a great country and I am proud to be a part of it.
